Having been unbeaten in the league since Christmas, Nottingham Arena advance to the East Midlands final having made short work of PVC Leicester in the semi final match. A weakened PVC team proved no match for the consistent passing, setting and strong Nottingham Arena hitting. The match was won in straight sets 25-15, 25-19, 25-15. Nottingham Arena now advance to the final of the East Midlands competition where they take on a strong Lincoln Lynx team. With honours even from the league matches, a tense final awaits both teams...
